TrioArt Terms & Conditions

All works of art featured on TrioArt are for sale. Alongside each work you will find information on asking price, size and medium.

Making an Offer
All offers for work are purely invitations to tender, and are not binding until they have been accepted and confirmed by TrioArt. Buyers may send cheques or make bank transfers when the final price of the artwork has been confirmed.
To make an offer please contact us specifying Artist’s name, title of the artwork, size, media and price.
Once your offer has been accepted, you will receive notification of dispatch costs.
Once you have agreed the final price with TrioArt, you may send a cheque or money order or make a bank transfer. Artworks are delivered after receipt of payment in full.

Dispatch
All works are dispatched within 10 working days of payment being received. Dispatch costs are in addition to the agreed final selling price of the artwork. Notification of dispatch costs will be sent by email once TrioArt has accepted the offer tendered.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any work purchased, you can receive a full refund (excluding delivery costs) by returning the work to us within 10 days after receipt. You are responsible for the cost of returning the work to us in its original condition and of insuring it during transit, except where the work is faulty or the wrong work has been dispatched. The purchaser should inform TrioArt of any return with a full explanation before the work is returned. The purchaser should inform TrioArt and the carrier forthwith of any damage incurred during delivery.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee that all the works sold by us are original works by the artists. A Certificate of Authenticity is available for each item of artwork, if required.

Framing
TrioArt can arrange framing of all paintings and drawings. Please contact us to discuss styles of frames available and costs.

Commissions and Contacting the Artists
All exhibitors in the TrioArt showcase can be contacted via TrioArt.

Privacy Policy
No one under the age of 18 may purchase from TrioArt, unless they do so in conjunction with a parent or guardian. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Use of personal information collected by TrioArt is strictly confidential and protected under the Data Protection Act. Information will only be used for the purpose of facilitating the purchasing of art. Users of the site may choose whether to receive information on coming events at the time of registration. Any subscriptions opted for by the user may be subsequently cancelled from the user’s account. TrioArt will not disclose any personally identifiable information to any third party.
